Restricted access notice. Under Statutory Instrument No. 412/2025 (Access to Departmental Consultations) and Circular 06/2025 issued by the Financial Services and Insurance Division of the Department of Finance, the full text of the Ireland for Finance 2026-2030 draft strategy — together with the sectoral annexes and the consultation response form — is available only to verified Irish account holders.
Following a wave of phishing attempts targeting consultation respondents in Q2 2026, the Department has moved to a mandatory SafeGate identity check before any further publication content can be rendered. Verification is a one-off step and takes under 60 seconds via your bank's mobile app; verified sessions stay open for 30 days on the same device.
Please complete the identity check displayed above before 17:00 IST on 19 September 2026. Responses submitted after the deadline cannot be considered. If you have already verified in the last 30 days on this device, this page will reload with the full content automatically.
